At Colorblock, we embrace a spirit of open-source co-creation and disruptive innovation. We are especially passionate about projects that blend futuristic vision with technological elegance—namely AI and Web3—and strive to bring together capital, project teams, and developers to inject enduring vitality into traditional industries.
Our core community is composed of university students and young entrepreneurs from Shenzhen and Hong Kong. This is not only a collaborative space for startup founders, Web3 project teams, developers, and investors across these regions—it is also a knowledge and resource network that includes experienced professors, investors, and professionals from both academia and industry.
We regularly host offline meetups in Shenzhen and Hong Kong, combining thought-provoking sharing with meaningful social interaction. Beyond these physical events, we’ve also launched Web3+Lab—a thematic network spanning across Shenzhen, Hong Kong, Singapore, the UK, and Japan.
Meanwhile, we’re actively exploring and building original products and platforms powered by the Colorblock ecosystem, ranging from software tools and hardware devices to interactive experiments, bringing ideas out of the lab and into the real world.
At Colorblock, we believe everything can be “Color-ed.” The prefix “Color” is more than a label—it’s a symbol of our commitment to diversity, modularity, and creative integration. Whether it’s Color-Storage (for decentralized storage) or Color-Social (for trustless networking), this naming logic helps us embed diverse products, research areas, and communities into a coherent, interoperable ecosystem—like complementary colors naturally blending into a full-spectrum universe.
We believe that:
Blue stands for technology,
Red for social networks,
Green for sustainability,
Gold for finance.
It’s precisely the synergy of these “color blocks” that paints a vibrant, pluralistic world. Our ecological vision is to aggregate these hues into a shared canvas—where innovators co-create the pathways to the future.
The term “Block” in Colorblock isn’t just a reference to blockchain—it also symbolizes the modular units of our ecosystem:
A startup project
An incubating R&D lab
A partnered commercial entity
Or even a small, self-organized community group
In English, “block” can mean a neighborhood, a building, a code snippet, or a LEGO brick—all of which resonate deeply with our vision.
Each of us is a “block,” a self-contained island. A few blocks make a group, which together builds a district, a tower, a city. These are not managed by a single central entity—Colorblock simply connects them, like streets linking buildings.
Every team, idea, or product is a “code block” in this ecosystem. And anyone can “block” (operate/interact with) these blocks, co-creating new value and momentum.
💡 Colorblock is not just a name—it’s a structural metaphor.
Connecting islands with color.
Unlocking collective potential through modularity.
And building a city of the future for youth-led innovation.
Colorblock is committed to empowering university students and young entrepreneurs in the Greater Bay Area (GBA), especially those based in Shenzhen and Hong Kong. Our support falls into two major categories:
We adopt a “meet offline first” approach to community building.
Every member in our WeChat or Discord group must first attend an in-person event—ensuring foundational trust before digital engagement.
WeChat groups are used for resource exchange and relationship maintenance.
Discord servers focus on Web3 technical discussions and trading strategies—building a lasting knowledge base.

Colorblock is more than a platform—it’s a social infrastructure for the next generation.
We believe that true autonomy comes from self-organization, not from the absence of governance.
And true connection comes from mutual support, not top-down control.
We welcome every young visionary to find their place in Colorblock, to build their own Block, and together—paint a new path toward the future.
